Desenzano Luxury Apartment

The apartment completely exceeded our expectations - very good standard, cleanliness, a lot of beverages and snacks were at our disposal in the kitchen. Alessandro is also a very kind and wonderful host. All that at a competitive price, just a few minutes walk from the town's center. Definitely recommend this apartment, and I hope I will come back here one day with my family.

Nothing

Location is mega. 10 mins from the rail station and 5 mins from the lake front. Communication with Alessandro was great. The location is quiet. There is a business opposite, but you dont get disturbed by it. The balcony is nice. Shower is good pressure and temperature, and bed is comfy.

Its a shame to have such a nice kitchen but no cooking utensils or pots. Means you have to go out for food which adds up. The sink in the bathroom drains insanely slow which can be an issue if more than 2 people use it. Sofa cushions would be nice.

Appartment is very clean, fresh and new. Nicely equiped with everthing you need. Bed is really comfortable. It is in quite residental area, i parked car outside on the street. Appartment is also warm enough. Short walk ca 15 minutes to town center.

View from appartment is not that nice, but is OK. People living in upper floor were really noisy, they walk in the stone shoes. Specially one night was really terrible, they partied all the nigh until 4 o clock am. Nightmare really.

nice, clean, equipped, modern apartment with high-tech google assistant. Communication with the host is easy and the answers have been coming within a minute! Perfect location. Center, restaurants within 5 minutes

Location was perfect for us, walking distance to train station, Centre of town/ ferry and grocery shops. Alessandro was very receptive to any of our queries via messenger. He facilitated an earlier check in for us which was appreciated. Well equipped apartment with a lovely complimentary welcome basket.

Not a major issue but it would have been nice to have access to the freezer.

I loved the layout of the apartment. It was very spacious and modern and really took me pleasantly by surprise. The whole apartment has been modernised to a high finish. The kitchen has all amenities and the extra snacks and complimentary drinks in the fridge were a lovely touch! The bathroom was spotless and very roomy with a large vanity unit and walkin double shower. The bed was so comfortable, just like being in my own bed! With adequate storage space. The large balcony looked out onto a small courtyard below and had some herb plants dotted around for aesthetics. Alessandro was a great host! Very attentive, gave great directions on how to get to the apartment and even let me stay a little longer past check out! Overall a great stay! 5 stars!

There wasn't much! The apartment was superb! Only a suggestion, but perhaps a few lines on how to work the appliances - washing machine, hob etc that are all in Italian! Plus some extra towels would've been appreciated instead of just one. A girl likes a fresh towel!
