Prague Hostel

Absolutely loved the location and view on the 30th floor. Comfy beds, good air conditioning, adequate shower. There is a 7/11 in the building for a quick coffee or bite to eat and a fridge and kettle in the room.

Two issues hampered an otherwise excellent stay. First, locating the accommodation and second payment method. Regarding location, the room is located in the landmark building 85 Sky Tower. Stating this clearly could aid foreign travellers in locating the place. Listing names such as Prague Hostel are not helpful at all. As indeed the room I stayed in went under another name when reading the information on the door of the room, Bluesky, which was also not searchable on Google Maps. Clearly stating the room is located on one of the floors of the 85 Sky Tower building would make locating the property a breeze. Second payment method. The Bookings listing mentions Visa, Mastercard or cash. On arrival I was requested to pay in cash, this ought to have been clearly communicated and the other payment methods removed. For example, when I booked an accommodation in Juifen, via Bookings, which required a cash payment on arrival, this information was clearly communicated via message before arrival.

Easy check-in and out, close to convenient store

This building definitely has great potential and is just waiting for a fresh renovation to bring it back to life!

View on Kaohsiung river. Work desk next to window allowing to enjoy the view Nice room, comfy hanging chair to seat and enjoy river view. Water cooker/kitchenette Good WiFi.

There is a building covering some of the view in my room, but you can still enjoy the view on river (desk and chair are located perfectly so you can see river).

The view is fantastic
