Quiet neighborhood. Friendly host! Clean room. It was a simple place to stay, nothing super fancy but the sauna is a bonus if you need to warm up!

The location was close to downtown Fairbanks, where we attended summer solstice events. There was a single window that limited the nearly 24 hour daylight, allowing truly refreshing sleep cycles.

The patio area was not well maintained, but still enjoyable to use.

What a wonderful accommodation. Very comfortable bed. Big, clean and cozy room. Breakfast was prepared in the room. Shannon was very welcoming and kind. It really felt like home. Thank you for a lovely stay, we loved it!
