Trinity House

Great location, very generous, helpful and kind host, the shared bathroom turned out to be private for us. We had a wonderful experience visiting Alaska for a week, saw the beautiful Aurora lights. Thank you!

The host was really friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and cozy. There is a sauna and I loved it! It was a great facility to get warm after winter activities.

A Terrible Stay Experience The room turned out to be in the basement, and this crucial detail was not disclosed in the listing. The drawbacks are as follows: Upon entering, there is a narrow and slippery staircase, making it very inconvenient to carry luggage into the room. The interior is damp and cold, and adjusting the air conditioning temperature is not allowed (I honestly couldn’t believe this). There is only a useless, broken electric heater. The bathroom is filthy. There were blood stains and unidentified marks in the shower. No conditioner was provided, the shower gel container was filled with water, and the water temperature was unstable. The bed linens were dirty, with unidentified stains. The toaster would set off the smoke alarm after running for just one minute.

The female staff was very kind. We took the Alaska Railroad to Fairbanks. The staff came to pick us up at the station, which was very helpful. We were able to see the Northern Lights when we went outside in the middle of the night. If we go to Fairbanks again, we'd like to stay here.

Location was near all. Host was warm and friendly Perfect stay for our needs

The house was a cozy stay for us. We had to share a bathroom with another guest but we didn’t have any problem at all because the other guests were either very quiet or were not there. It is very close to downtown Fairbanks. We could park our car at the driveway.

Clean comfortable room with good amenities for self breakfast etc. Very kind friendly and obliging host. This was great room for me to rest and Recoup after a couple of very long flights

This accommodation is best suited to travellers with a car as facilities are more than a good distance to walk.However host did offer a ride to where I needed to go.
