Owner was extremely helpful and nice. Offered us a ton of feedback and support regarding rebooking while traveling during the tech outage that caused flight delay and cancellation.

We were provided coffee, tea, bagels, oatmeal, and juice in the room. The room had a coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave and a toaster.

The outside of the house is not very welcoming. The owner is doing her best.

"Host was helpful but the basement room was cold"

- The host kindly let us check in 30min earlier - The host was very responsive during our stay - Breakfast and sauna were a nice touch

- This is a room in the house basement, which had a few drawbacks - It was very cold with no central heating, and the small heater fan provided didn't do it, so we felt freezing the whole time - Effectively no real windows with sunlight as in the basement - Would love to have shampoo etc., only used soaps provided - Wish like other airbnb hosts, all the instructions could be provided via email / info in room, vs. an in-person tour and texting questions
