"Cozy!"

It’s a decent and quiet space to stay. We like the view to the ocean every sunset. The whole house is Green and off grid. If you are looking for a place to getaway to have some time for relaxation, this is a perfect spot.

Found a small gecko in the room. They are friendly.

"Magnificent visuals, large room, fine bath. Owner NEEDS SPEND $ KITCHETTE DUH a 10 instead of a 5 $$"

Host and Views were exceptional though this was the first time I have been asked (particularly as an amputee) to carry all of the trash, paper, bottles and cans down quite an outdoor stairway to trash bins underneath. also had to strip the beds!

Kitchenette - No counter, drawer, cupboards, sink, stove, microwave, coffee rig, nada save a gas BBQ on the lanai for hundreds per night the host could spend a few hundred bucks and improve these simple amenities.

"One of the best places to stay on the Big Island"

Well, I hope I will have some time to elaborate on my review. But in short, it is a great place to stay. I love this kind of location - with a great view from a balcony and nice surroundings. Jim was a wonderful host in all senses. For example, he provided us with a big cooler, and it was extremely handy to have! He helped me to print a document I suddenly needed.

The kitchen sink is on the first floor, but the stove is on the second. I am fine with this, but be ready for a few extra steps each day. Good but not the best grocery stores close by but still quite acceptable.

The view is unbeatable, Jim responds super fast. Mojo is super cute!!

Lots of mosquitos, prepare the repellent would be fine.

Our stay here was amazing! The perfect location for us to travel around the island and really experience all the different atmospheres Hawaii has to offer. The bungalow was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the ocean. Jim and Jenny were great hosts and we especially loved getting to meet their pup Mojo.

We were very happy with this accommodation. The host was great, the view was amazing and the spacious suite with 2 comfortable beds made this a perfect choice. We would definitely return. Thank you Jim for a great stay.

"Good"

Very peaceful, beautiful setting with exceptional views. Very friendly and accommodating host. Spacious room with vaulted ceiling and large bathroom.

No kitchen, although outdoor grill with burner was heloful. No stores or places to eat nearby. Also, the place needs a deep cleaning.
