Short walk to the supermarket and beach, pizza across the street. Reserved parking space just 200m away. Included in the price is an umbrella and two sun beds on the Sottomarina beach in the first row!

The street is really quite busy, so you can hear especially the scooters until the night despite the closed windows...

Wir waren eine Woche im Apartment und alles war super. Sehr geräumige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung! In der Nähe gibt’s Supermarkt und der Strand ist in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg! Sehr nette Kommunikation! Wir würden gern wieder kommen!

Der Straßenlärm ist am Abend ganz doll. Viele Mopeds und E-Bikes

Very welcoming hosts. The apartment is in excellent condition with a fresh renovation. We were greeted by the whole family, and they helped us park our car. They kindly explained the accommodation rules and technical details. The welcome drink after a long journey was very much appreciated. At the beach, we were greeted and escorted to our spot without unnecessary questions or paperwork. The sunbed was in the first row. The beach staff was very friendly, and a guy named Michael made our day and set the mood for the entire stay :). We highly recommend it! Wishing you good luck and a great vacation.

Really nice apartment close to everything. Nicely furnished, with all the amenities.

It was great leasure escape which we liked so much. Perfect location, parking place, pre-booked umbrella and two loungers on the beach. Big supermarket around the corner. Sunny, well equipped apartment on the second floor. Comfortable beds.

Bigger bath towels would be appropriate

The location is great, very close to the beach, pizzeria, and the shops. We also loved the reserved place on the private beach. It made a stay at the seaside really comfy.

It was really hot when we were in Chioggia so sometimes we missed air conditioning in the bed room. The one in the living room was not enough. Sometimes there is quite a bit traffic noise when windows are open.
