"New apartment in excellent location, perfect for family vacation."

New and well equipped apartment. excellent location - 5mins walk to the sandy beach with reserved sunbeds, 5 minutes to supermarket, caffeteria for morning coffee and evening spritz just under the balcony. Two-bedroom apartment big enough for family of four. Roberta is an excellent host, she welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know for our stay in Sottomarina/Chioggia.

We liked everything.

"Authentic, well located to the beach and old-town, everything else very near"

The location is outstanding in between the beach and very easily reachable Chioggia old town. We stayed for 7 nights and truly enjoyed the apartment (very well equipped), the neighbourhood (right opposite is a very good coffee, lunch and if you like even dinner spot called CiBo) and the short distance to the beach (it’s a 4 min. walk and you stand by the sea).

In case you are a very feeling towards noise, I would recommend to keep the windows shut or bring some ear protection. We realised it the first night, but after that found our workarounds. However, it’s not a red flag from our view, not to choose the apartment as we copped with it easily for a week.
