Clean , inviting, great location, excellent!!

The location is absolutely brilliant – right in the heart of the Old Town, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. With restaurants, historic landmarks, and vibrant city life just steps away, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Although the stay was short, it was truly memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Royal Primera and would gladly return in the future!

A unique 2 level very spacious apartment in the pedestrian old town with a wonderful vibe. We found metered street parking close by for a reasonable cost. Apartment has been updated and modernized, with a beautiful bathroom and is fully equipped. Very clean. Owners were accessible for any queries. Many restaurants two or three minutes the front door.

The property was beautiful and really clean, but the real plus point was the location - absolutely perfect for exploring Zadar! We were travelling with a baby and it was amazing to be staying somewhere so central as we could drop in and out throughout the day as needed.

Be warned it is up 3 flights of stairs!

A great place to stay in Zadar - perfect location, very nicely decorated apartment. Easy communication with a helpful host, would definitely recommend.

Difficult access not shared initially and large number of stairs. Poor equipment, shower head not working properly
