It was located well and very clean.

The ad was deceptive about stairs and bedroom. Bedroom so low you could not stand up to walk around the bed to get in on the other side. The flat was actually on the third floor (entrance door on 2nd floor but up another narrow flight to get to living area)… then another flight of stairs with no hand rail to get to bedroom (which effectively was on 4th floor). The bathroom and bedroom on different floors with difficult stairs to negotiate at night.

Everything was perfect. Location, facilities, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

I stayed for a week and the apartment and I loved it. Located on a quaint street in the heart of the old town the apartment is near all of the main sights of Zadar. Its beautifully decorated and spacious. Spotlessly clean. I really liked the fact that Netflix and Amz Prime were avail on TV. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics for cooking. Clean bathroom with a good shower, mirror and lighting. The owner, Mario was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. If you book do be aware that there are stairs to navigate and the street outside can be noisy late at night.

Beautiful duplex apartment in the middle of the city center, but without the noise of it ! The place is spotless clean, and really well equipped. The host is the nicest and super easy to exchange with. 100% recommend.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved this place! Sometimes pictures lie, but in this case it was spot on. Cozy apartment, with a luxurious feel right in the center of the old town of Zadar. Despite its location close to bars and restaurants, it was pretty quiet. The host, Mario was also super helpful. We managed to find paid parking on a main street some 5-7 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The only minor thing was that it was a bit difficult to find, but perhaps Google Maps was playing tricks on us.
