La posizione comodissima arrivando in treno e molto bene collegata a tutti i mezzi. Giorgio gentilissimo ed esaustivo per ogni richiesta. Supermercati e bar vicinissimi. Giuste dimensioni per 1 o 2 persone

La cucina poco attrezzata, solo una padella e una pentola mal ridotta, un solo strofinaccio, pochi attrezzi. Cuscini scomodi, pulizia da migliorare. Mancano contenitori per la differenziata che ci starebbero sia sul balcone che in cucina
