Struttura accogliente e pulita situata in un palazzo signorile accogliente e silenzioso. Il mini appartamento è così come appare dalla descrizione e dalle foto (lo sottolineo perché in molte strutture le foto sono meglio della realtà). Noi siamo rimasti solo una notte ma è ben strutturato per poter cucinare in caso di soggiorno lungo. Giorgio, che ha effettuato check-in e check-out, è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo ☺️

I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Buona posizione

Located right opposite the Porta Nuova railway station, within walking distance of 5-10-min. to Torino city centre. It is a single-room apartment, with one double bed, table with four chairs, kitchenette with everything needed - fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc. Bathroom is right next to the room. There is also a balcony. 4th floor, there is a lift. The bed is comfortable, there is a TV and Wi-Fi router. Communication with the host is easy - via Booking message center, and then via WhatsApp. All in all, you get exactly what you pay for - no more, no less. One piece of advice to people who arrive late - if you arrive until 11 PM and are hungry, restaurants in Torino usually work until 10 or 10:30. MacDonalds works until 11 PM and you can order food via the mobile app by simply switching your account to Italy.

There are a few things that could be improved. The property description and the booking confirmation email state that check-in is from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. However, at the end of the description - the fine print, you read "A surcharge of 10.00 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 22:00 until 00:00". After check-in hours means after 11:00 PM. However, the host emphasized that we should pay the surcharge of EUR 10 for late check-in. We have checked in late at other properties, including Torino, without paying additionally. The host could simply change the check-in time to UNTIL 10 PM if he is to ask for additional payment. Another thing that could be improved describing clearly what capsules the coffee maker uses. The host had provided 4 capsules, 2 per person per day, but the coffee maker is neither Nespresso nor Dolce Gusto. Therefore, if you want to drink more coffee, you have to buy capsules, which then you cannot use unless you have a coffee maker of the same capsule system. I am not complaining about this, but I would at least have provided information about it.

I always stay in this area when I’m in Turin for tourism because it’s so central and has good transit connections. The building is secure and the other neighbors (locals) are friendly.

The A/C barely worked (it only cools a few centimeters directly above the vent - not the rest of the room) and it was so hot at night that I couldn’t sleep. It was missing basic vacation rental amenities like paper towels for cleaning and extra garbage bags. The fridge was too small to hold even a tub of yogurt. I noticed in a review from February that someone mentioned the showerhead holder was broken and the owner said it would be fixed, but it was still broken when I visited in July. Overall it just felt like the bare minimum.
