"Very bad experience, never recommend to any one ."

Property toilet and room was not clean , no WiFi staff behavior was very rude - my stay was 2 days but , when I complain about WiFi next hotel staff says I have to leave , for one days he was asking more money then mentioned in contract.

"Orelia’s Villa was a great place to be in Badulla"

We loved our stay at Orelia Villas. It was located high up above Badulla town and was very peaceful up there. The room is cosy and very natural with all of the lovely woodwork. We appreciated the balcony and the view of the town. Our host was so attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. We felt very welcome there and would have loved to stay another day or two. If you are looking for a lovely, restful place to be in Badulla, this is a great option.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Das Personal hat seine organisatorischen Fehlplanungen engagiert versucht auszugleichen.

Eins von zwei gebuchten Zimmern stand aufgrund organisatorischer Fehlplanungen nicht zur Verfügung (einigermaßen angemessener Ersatz wurde aber besorgt).

Sengen og søvnen var den bedste i Sri Lanka. Dejlig madras og dyne og med frisk luft (der er myggenet til åbne sider).

Personalets sporadiske engelsk gjorde det svært at kommunikere, men de var rigtig søde.

Erg mooie huizen net buiten/boven Badulla. De kamer en badkamer was ruim.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Stekkers, kranen, lampen, ventilator, douchekop houder, etc waren stuk. Zonde, want de locatie verdient beter! Personeel kwam afspraken niet na. Droge handdoeken werden beloofd, maar niet geleverd. Ze hadden geen idee elke kamer we geboekt hadden. Gebrekkig Engels en weinig initiatief om dit op te lossen (Google Translate). Ontbijt viel tegen.
