Sunrise Motel

The room was very clean upon arrival and had everything listed on the description. The owners were EXTREMELY nice! The room was perfect size for our family of 3. Definitely would recommend for a weekend or a full week getaway! Met a couple who stay two weeks at a time while we were there, also! Great location. You have to walk across the street and your at the beach! There is two really good restaurants right beside the rooms! When we visit St. Pete/Treasure Island again.. we will definitely be staying again!

Room was clean and decorated nice

The outside needs cleaning up. Painting and such. Didn't like making final payment The day before we arrived.

I loved the decor and the bed was comfy. The location was convenient to everything including the beach.

This was really on me because I didnt focus on it well enough- but pool area was very small and I did not realize how close to the road it was. Also my experience was that when guests from 2nd floor used their shower it was so loud it woke me- it sounded like a waterfall was in our unit.

Didn't enjoy the surprise $85 cleaning charge

There was not one thing! It was excellent!

Very clean, room decor is very cheerful bursting with beach accents! Room smells of nice crisp fresh linens and includes all the thoughtful things, coffee buffet, beach towels, chairs and even cooler backpack and snacks. Location very convenient. Owners always available and professional and kind!

Clean, convenient

Many steps with luggage was a problem Light switches didn’t work. Shower didn’t’t work properly. No lights working in sleeping area. No staff at desk at any time.
