Owners/Managers were very friendly and helpful. They could be reached at any time for any reason. They have done a great job renovating this property and continue to work on it. They are very present at the property too

AC was finicky

The proximity to the beach and the outdoor seating. The pool was nice

The floor was dirty when we arrived. The refrigerator leaked. The toaster didn't pop up. We had trouble getting quarters for the laundry. There wasn't enough silverware. We didn't find the extra towels right away.

There was not enough parking for all the guests. The trash piled high and overflowinging could encourage rats/mice n critters. The shower valve n spout needs replaced badly. Hot water was hard to get due to valve. Some new pillows is in order, also. The view from my window was of Trash and debris from the lot next door. If I owned the hotel, I would pay a handyman to clean up the lot and get rid of the ever constant trash. Pool was nice, and out door cushioned chairs were nice.

Clean and close to beach for a decent price

When the room above us flushed the toilet, it sounded like a tidal wave going through out bedroom

The communication between the staff was excellent and how close it was to eating places and little shops. Not to mention it’s right at the beach!
