"Friendly staff."

Location and administrative staff were wonderful.

The breakfast was mostly cookies, white sliced bread or packaged sweets. Coffee was okay. Stairs to the top floor were a bit of a slog, but good exercise. Balcony was a bust.

"Exceptional"

The location was great, staff were friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop patio. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend this place.

The pull out couch where my daughter slept was very uncomfortable.

"nice stay but horrible wifi"

location was good, walking distance to cafes, nice having a 24/7 security guard and the apartment was nice and clean

the wifi is extremely slow and was very inconvenient for me! it didn't work in the bedroom! and the shower drain didn't drain all the way - there was also a huge puddle of water by the toilet when i checked in

"Comfortable stay in great location."

Great location and secure with doorman 24/7

Very dark. Insufficient lighting and not a lot of natural light. Management tried twice to move our accomodation to another property ahead of arrival.

Excellent apartment with all the amenities (nespresso, quality toiletries , safe box, lovely patio, heater, purifier) . Really needed a heater because CDMX was very cold in January! Nice design of the one bedroom apartment. There is 24 security.Location is perfect. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Definitely we will return.

Need better lighting above the bathroom sink. Difficult to know when we were communicating with bookings.com or directly to the host.

"Exceptional"

The apartment was the perfect size for one person (one bedroom). It was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Wifi was good. The location is wonderful, close to lots of great restaurants, parks etc. I would highly recommend it to others.

They provided an information binder just before I left. It would have been nice to have had that early. I assume for others it will be now.

"Prima verblijf op geweldige plek!"

De locatie is geweldig en gelegen in heerlijk sfeervolle veilige buurt met veel mooie bomen en leuke restaurants. Heel attent vragen ze steeds wat ze voor je kunnen doen qua handdoeken en schoonmaak. Top. De portiers wachten je dag en nacht op met een grote glimlach.

We hadden aan appartement in de kelder, dus miste de gezelligheid en uitzicht. Bed is heel kort dus niet geschikt voor mensen boven de 1,80 m
