La Campechana Condesa

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with all modern comforts included. Friendly and attentive staff and security in the building and a very safe, beautiful area which is great for exploring and for its many dining options. Not a long walk to Bosque de Chapultepec and other attractions.

The apartment was a nice size and clean and had all the amenities. The security was always present and we felt safe at the building. It is in a good location in Condesa and we walked everywhere. Unfortunately, the service at the property was poor. It was advertised that the property provided free water and coffee. 2 bottles of water and 3 pods of coffee were in our room upon arrival. When we asked for more, we were told it was only a courtesy for the 1st day. No directions were provided for the washer/dryer and no one knew how to work it. Our room was never cleaned. Our trash was only emptied upon our request. Clean towels were only provided upon our request. The breakfast was fair. Our check-in was terrible as we were provided a room on the 5th floor, completely unpacked, only to be told 20 minutes later that we were in the wrong room and then had to move to the 4th floor. There are no elevators at the property.

This place is a nice apartment in a safe, tranquil, walkable part of town. There are restaurants and coffee shops, bakeries, everywhere. You can walk to Chapultapec park and see the museums and the castle. Best thing -there is a 24/7 doorman who keeps an eye on everything and lets you in and out. He is very polite. You feel safe. Your stuff is safe.

A nice property in the Condesa neighborhood. There were no restaurants or shops attached to the building and that helps keep the property quiet, especially at night. Not a lot of vehicular traffic either. Staying at a different property just a block or two away would have been quite a different experience. We were in apartment 10 on the third floor which was nicely furnished. Having a fully-equipped kitchen was a plus. Was able to get a feel for the local neighborhood in a way that would not be possible if we stayed in a large chain hotel. The service was very good and it was nice to have a doorman greet us every time we left and arrived. We would recommend this property to others and would definitely consider staying there again on a return trip to wonderful CDMX.

Great location. Quiet street. Excellent check in. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Our only regret is not staying longer.

Location and cleanliness

The master bedroom was backing onto the plumbing and work room very noisy

The neighborhood is very nice and the property is cute but the sheets on the bed had not been changed in what felt like weeks and had a huge stain on them. I could feel and smell the sweat of other people. Unacceptable. The maids did not change the sheets from the previous occupant and it was obvious.

Great location. Building spotless.

An upstairs guest made a lot of noise and interrupted my sleep repeatedly. I told the guard and administrator twice and they said they would take care of it -- but it actually got worse. I had to sleep with headphones on.
