Riverview House Sedgefield

Exceptional location and facilities at this beautifully decorated eco friendly home. The views over the tranquil valley are worth the price alone. There was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and we would not hesitate coming back.

Location, location, location. Breathtaking scenery and peaceful surroundings. Each member of my family had their favourite spot. Be it outside on the sun drenched deck or in the lounge with a book in front of the newly installed fireplace. Rooms are beautifully laid out and ideally suited for a peaceful night’s rest. I loved having my morning coffee overlooking the vistas from the deck, usually when everyone was still asleep.

The house is exceptionally well equipped with outstanding attention to detail. Every time we wondered if they would have something eg pegs to hang up washing - sure enough it was there. Its worth paying a bit extra to enjoy the lovely hot tub!

I never thought I’d give any property a 10 out of 10, but this one takes the cake. What an unbelievable place. The photos do not lie! Firstly, great communication from the owners. A wonderful welcome from the dogs 😊 easy access to get in. Absolutely spotless with anything you can need. This house is a real dream for people who are interested in Eco vacations. The view from the patio is honestly breathtaking. Showers were wonderful and beds were super comfortable. Lots of spots to just relax and enjoy the environment.

I can’t fault this place at all, but I could say that some people may find it a bit far from the town and it is quite a dark drive at night, but we didn’t find it intimidating at all. Zero complaints.
