"SCAMMERS!!!!!! DONOT BOOK WITH URBAN RETREAT"

The hosts did not answer their phone for check in, we were outside in our car for over an hour in the rain. I phoned multiple times. Up till now no one has called me back. Do not book with Urban retreat, they will leave you stranded. We had to go and find other accomodation at 7pm . It seems like they are scammers. Very very disappointed and disgusted that booking.com allow scammers on this platform.
DO NOT BOOK WITH URBAN RETREAT. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITH NO ACCOMODATION. HIGHLY DISGUSTED. WE HAD TO FIND OTHER ACCOMODATION. I WANT A FULL REFUND!!! Booking.com please investigate!
