How is it possible for everyone to say they found the location so easy..I had to navigate my way to this Urban with everything I've got but still sent me to wrong places..Even the host didn't answer my calls nor get back to me,including WhatsApp text..How was one supposed to enter at the Gate,Unit number?what a bad experience I had,coincidence caused,booking fee lost.till this day no any communication or whatsoever.

I was not able to stay at all. I had to make last-minute alternative arrangements because the host provided no communication. I was told on arrival (around 17:15) by the complex security guards that the property was occupied. This is after I tried to reach out to the host from 12:00 (by phone, WhatsApp, email, and the Booking.com app). The odd part is that my request to check in between 16:00 and 17:00 was immediately approved at 12:05. The host, however, went quiet on me thereafter and did not bother to return my calls or respond to my messages. I had to make alternative arrangements whilst reaching out to Booking.com to report my problem. I received my full refund a week later, but am still appalled by the host's behaviour. He/she simply never bothered to respond, apologise, or even own up to the inconvenience caused. Mistakes happen, but professional courtesy owns up — do they simply not care about their guests? Had they been honest and communicated that the place was not available early on, it would have saved me the inconvenience of traveling through a thick cloud of traffic only to be turned away. I also had to incur extra costs finding an alternative accommodation and arranging for transport. I hope they can be more considerate of their guests going forward.

Do not ever book this property, the host will take your money and ghost you! I paid for accommodation and they never communicated checking in logistics. They don’t answer calls

Whatever you do don’t book this property. Booking.com should take them down
