Good location, Antonio was very helpful

The building is VERY tired, not being keep up, shared bathroom, hard bed,paint and mold on bathroom walls, rusty tub....

The owner, Antonio, was very nice and went out of his way to offer to give us rides, etc.

The property was cleaned daily, but the mattresses need a good cleaning. We were on a 31 day trip and checked the mattresses for bedbugs at each new place. There were no bedbugs here, but the single bed mattress in our room was covered with white stuff that you could blow and scatter. My friend refused to sleep on that bed. I did. The sheets were clean. The property is very old and needs some repair work done and general upkeep.

Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and cosy. Antonio is so helpful. He gave us advice on how to make our trip the best. We can message him, and he answered immediately. I recommend Family Macedo for everyone.

Bagno condiviso con altre 3 camere. Struttura datata e da ristrutturare, pavimento con doghe in legno scricchiolanti e rumorose, bagno con muffa sulle pareti e vasca piena di ruggine. Formiche, sia in camera che nel bagno. Impianto elettrico discutibile. Infissi con spifferi. Non c'è il condizionatore ma un ventilatore. Non è dotata di ascensore. Camera poco insonorizzata, hanno fatto baldoria fuori fino alle 3 di notte e abbiamo sentito tutto, idem tutti i passi che facevano al piano superiore. Possibilità di parcheggiare moto nel garage ma all'interno ci sono macchine, furgoni e moto di locali (e una moto con catene non ci ha ispirato fiducia). Posizione non ottimale, zona poco rassicurante, 40 minuti a piedi dal centro. Abbiamo pagato 78 euro a notte e non li valeva. Difatto abbiamo dormito solo una notte. Non abbiamo chiesto il rimborso ma sarebbe stato più che opportuno.

It was a little noisy outside and hot because there is no air conditioning, but in this apartment it would not fit into the interior.
