Location was nice, everything was easy to reach. But several construction sites, a church, and late night partiers under its windows made it impossible to sleep.

the listing mentioned that the room was air conditioned, but it inly had an old noisy fan. i brought it up to the manager who insisted we needed to ask for an air conditioned room beforehand. he also kept insisting that i cancel the room through booking (it was non refundable) and claiming booking will return the money. the furniture is old and squeaky, bathroom and kitchen in horrible condition, stove can only be used for extra pay in the presence of staff.

Camere da moderrnare e 2 bagni condivisi in 4 stanze, eravamo una famiglia con due stanze prenotate e avevamo chiesto la cortesia di riservare un bagno anche piccolo ma senza successo. Avremmo dovuto chiedere noi agli altri ospiti della struttura.

Świetna lokalizacja, wiele punktów gastronomicznych oraz sklepów w pobliżu. Maks. 2 minuty spacerem od stacji metra. Pokoje pełne "duszy" i antyków, przestronne patio idealne do spożywania posiłków na świeżym powietrzu w otoczeniu roślin. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem obiektu, p. Antoniem, który służył informacją i lekcją historii dla ciekawych oraz małą przejażdżką po Lizbonie a także częstował frykasami ze swojego sadu.

Osoby o słabym śnie mogą nie polubić się z głośną podłogą, choć jest to spodziewane biorąc pod uwagę zabytkowy charakter wnętrz.

The room was very nice, the staff very friendly, and it was nice to have a full kitchen at my disposal. (Didn't need it, but it was a nice option)

The bathroom is in desperate need of a thorough renovation. As one of the other guests said: using this bathroom was an 'adventure'. The area of the hotel was fine during the day (not pleasant, but ok). At night, a lot of people came out, and lots of screaming and fighting happened. It was loud. On different occasions I've also smelled marihuana. The unrest usually kept going until 3am. And then, around 7am, businesses started getting ready for their days again. It was hard to get a good night's rest.

-formiche in bagno e nel letto -muffa ovunque -lampadari rumorosi per chi cammina nel piano superiore -no ARIA CONDIZONATA

L'host è veramente bravo e alla mano. Ottimo il posto macchina.

La posizione non è delle migliori, siamo nel quartiere della mouraria.. non mi è piaciuto molto. Mezz'ora a piedi dal centro come minimo. La camera che ci è stata data non era quella fissata, molto calda, senza aria condizionata come descritto ma con ventilatori molto rumorosi. Mobili vecchi, pavimento in discesa e tutto scricchiolante. La casa è da brividi con un bagno vecchio e la vasca tutta crepata dentro. Ci sono le formiche e l'uso della cucina è consentito solo con uno dello staff e a pagamento. Questo non è un alloggio da 2 stelle ma da -1.. malissimo.
