El servicio deje olvidado un paquete en recepción al llegar y cuando le pregunté al recepcionista me dijo que no cuando yo lo puse sobre el mostrador al registrarme y al momento de darme un identificación yo no tome el bulto, era un regalo que si me lo hubiese pedido se lo doy
