O apartamento era muito escuro, ate de dia.

One of the least pleasant experiences I had in the last 3 months of my stay, the first night there was no hot water, I asked them to fix it and they said it was fine and they didn't fix it, the next day I asked again so they moved me to a different room, there was hot water but the TV didn't work for three days even though I asked them to fix it, the staff at the place is not pleasant at all, not aggressive at all, I just feel like every request or question makes it unpleasant, they advertise that there is a roof and a jacuzzi but that's only for those in the penthouse, I asked for more coffee so they aggressively told me that it was only for the first day and then I asked to pay and they agreed, in short I wasn't pleasant, I stayed for 4 nights that were booked in advance and I wouldn't go back there.
