"Average stay, quiet and clean"

The owner is very polite and she try to explained even in khmer language regarding the AC did working well in my room. Me and family felt discomfort and not slept well. We informed to the receptionist but still not solved the problem. The next day the owner knocked our door and explained in Khmer. Anyway we stayed their for 2 nights.

"Not a place to relax at"

The room was clean and regularly serviced.

The lights did not all work and the bed was hard. There were so many wedding photos occurring on the grounds that the pool never felt comfortable to use. We were so dissatisfied that we checked out two days early even though we still had to pay for it .

Setting and layout very pleasant, with a nice balcony for the room. Pool area very pleasant. Staff were super helpful!

The breakfast was pretty basic.

"Poor"

Position. The room was fine.

Mobbed each afternoon by wedding photographers, making the pool uncomfortable to use. I have agonised over sharing this but on the last day, I discovered my reserve phone had been removed from the room. There is no doubt that it was taken. I reported it when we were leaving shortly afterwards and I'm afraid the reaction was less than helpful.

"Disappointing hotel...not well maintained and pool unusable."

The breakfast was very limited and of poor quality but at least it was free

The water in the pool was murky and no-one was using it. No towels or umbrellas. The shower screen in the bathroom was missing so the floor was wet all over. One evening there was no water in the bathroom. The phone in the room didn't work. However the man at reception was as helpful as he could be.

"So, so, so disappointed."

Bed comfortable. Room large. Battembang itself.

Pictures do not give correct impression of this. Room was damp. No soap. Small towel. Water from basin fell on the floor. Shower mouldy and shower door jammed. Free breakfast cost 3 dollars and was a joke. Staff not helpful. Unable to use the pool or outside space due to weddings photographers, and retinue. Could go on.
