The location suited us well: very near the middle of Lo ve Lane, a walking distance from some of our favourite restaurants. The room was very peaceful, and quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and large,

We usually like to have a view, but in this area of traditional buildings of 2 or 3 storeys we realised it isn’t possible

Location was very good and the staff was nice and helpful.

The room was so small and the air conditioning was blowing so hard directly over the bed, I could never get it to stop no matter what I did. I only stayed one night, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but if it had been longer it would have been an issue. Bathroom had no counter space at all.

The staff at the hotel were incredible—attentive, kind, and always ready to help when needed. They struck the perfect balance of being available and supportive without ever being overbearing, allowing you to enjoy your stay at your own pace, unless you asked for assistance. The location was great.

It was probably an oversight on my part, but the room did not have a window—which would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that, I had no complaints.

The roof of the room was leaking and no attention was given when we complained. There is no telephone in the room to call on emergency. Our deposit of 100Rinket was not returned. Please arrange to get the refund and black list this property

The place is clean and new. Room is very spacious. Bathroom is big and comes with bathtub where we can have good bath after long day. Staff are friendly. Drinking water is unlimited refill.

There is light sewege smell at some part of the stay. Doesn't really affect the whole experience. No parking and have to walk up the stairs. However, the staff are friendly and helping us to carry the bags.
