Miami Gardens

We booked a Duplex but were taken to a cabin until we asked why we were not put in the duplex as per pictures & booking. We got taken to the Duplex -The Sofa was dirty , the toilet was Dirty , the Fridge was not working and had bugs they didn't dust off when cleaning .The bed looked comfortable . The WIFI was not working at all (i needed to have a zoom meeting in the morning hence we wanted a place with wifi ). The pool was dirty and the Patio did not have a roof/shelter .We checked in at 19:30 and our host was collected by someone after we emphasised we were not happy and asked if he can make arrangements to book us into other rooms so we can pay as we were meant to pay upon check in (he said he is on it , so we started to braai while waiting , then at 21:00 we realized there is no movement we decided to check out instantly as we were deeply uncomfortable we checked out instantly , we left the key inside and closed the gate) luckily we hadn't paid so we managed to book elsewhere , where we felt comfortable .

Very private. I love the location aswell. Will definitely book this place again.

Such a nice cabin, it had everything we needed. The owner is such a nice guy, always reachable and was kind enough grant us an early check in because we had a concert to attend. Enoch was very friendly, welcomed us and showed us around.

Could not get hold of the property by phone. The gate bell did not work, and the gate did not work. A tenant from the property saw us and opened another gate for us. Then we were told that we will be put into a wendy. I objected and said we booked a room and not a wendy. We had to drive through the garden with our vehicle to get to the room. The coffee, sugar, and tea containers were not clean, there were no milk available for the coffee or tea. When inquired, we were told that people have black coffee or tea. It was extremely hot, no fan. Did not like the attitude of the manager/owner. And we left.

The guy who welcomed us was very nice ! The bungalow was very enjoyable.

Some equipements missed in the kitchen... No more coffee, and we had to ask for some equipements. The walls were very thin.
