The warmth and friendless. The privacy and comfort.

No toilet paper No hanging space for clothes No shelving anywhere inc bathroom to put your stuff on No broom or any cleaning supplies to wipe after you mess. No cutlery ie no fork no knife no plate

Their garden at least is better.and the management response when I called for a complaint he was polite and understanding.

Lot of things, there was no working microwave that they said,no toiletries, with 5 units of electricity I couldn't use the heater and it was cold frizzy,our assistance when we asked for electric ,he promise and never provided it.
