The staff were very unprofessional. We didn't have a TV, a fridge and WiFi too. The electricity ran out during the night and we couldn't get a hold of the owner and care taker. No accommodation was made for the cold winter as we were told to not use the heater that was provided and we were only given 1 blanket. What a horrible experience!

Didn't like anything drains were blocked. No wifi.Blankets dirty .no fridge no pots pans cups spoons nothing .The worse experience of my life

I liked the location and the actual venue is good.

No kettle No extra blankets No toilet paper Water leaking from shower across the room the bathroom

The fact that I do don’t have as advertised a tv. WiFi took three hours to sort upon arrival. Staff was lovely and helpful. Facilities run down and in need of maintenance. Stay was pleasant but only because I just needed to rest and sleep. Place has got great potential. Just need to be up kept

Advert said there were two beds, but only one bed was there when we arrived. Not sure if this was a mix-up with the room we got. Tv not working, and overall not a good impression. Hearing that they were robbed was not a good thing for us, two ladies travelling. If your area is frequently out of power, you should make alternative plans with solar or gas so that guests can at least have coffee in the morning. I am sorry to leave a bad review, but I will not stay there again.
