The space given to us was big

Carpet was dirty , couch was broken, microwave was not working to was not working WiFi was not working , there were ants roaming around kitchen the was no air conditioner , stove was not working . When we got there it was late at about 20:00 we have to wait 2hours before they open the gate for us . Swimming pools are not maintained there are frogs there

The peace and tranquility. The area, it is close to shops and 5km from Silverstar casino. Staff is friendly and this is the perfect place for a longer stay too. Home away from home. I love it so much I extended my stay from 1 night to a full week

There is no cleaning materials to keep the place neat and tidy. A broom and mop as well as a cleaning cloth just to keep the place tidy would be great. Some pictures in the wall to give it life. Units are gorgeous though

TV wasn't working

The location was perfect. The unit was neat and tidy.

When we arrived, we tried entering the premises, but were unable to do so as there was no answer. We tried calling the owner, with no answer. Lucky for us, one of the other tenants ordered food as we arrived, and he opened the gate (not for us, but for his food delivery) We were able to enter the property, but there was no one to welcome us or show us to our room. The other tenant gave us Enoch's number, which we also tried calling, but his phone went straight to voicemail. I called booking.com's customer service number, they got hold of the owner, but I never received a call from him. Enoch just happened to walk past our vehicle and assisted us. We were then showed to our unit, we put our bags inside and left for the evening. On our return, wanting to get into bed, we noticed that there was only one pillow per person on the bed. The pillows were not covered and not of very good quality. The bedding and extra blanket were clean and of good quality. The next morning, wanting to shower / bath before of our return home, there was no hot water or towels in the unit. For the price we paid, we realise that this was a budget unit, but can we suggest extra pillows, pillow covers and at least one towel? With winter coming up, future guests are going to demand hot water as well.

The cabins are cozy. Nice big screen tvs. Pretty gardens and a huge pond area.

Hard to find even with GPS as the numbers don't correspond so took a while to find it
