The location is excellent - very close walking distance to the centre

The parking facility is rather restricted - parking is available on a very steep slope but is often occupied by others - not many other options available

Not a lot of natural light with only one window, but fine.

Location was good about 400m from the centre of Cortina. Small kitchenette with oven, cook top, kettle and coffee pod machine. Modern bathroom. Heater quickly warmed the room. There was a heated towel rail. It was quiet.

The small room was in what appeared to be a converted store room on the lower ground floor behind a bike store and garage. It was very cold (in June) and very low ceilings in the passageway to the front door. Black mould was growing on the wall above the small caged window in the room which was under the balcony of the upper floors and above a wood pile. It was the most expensive place we stayed in our 40 night stay in Italy!

Let me share my experience we were in Cortina for 2 night in different so call 4 star hotel but we don’t like it and since my wife want to cook our local food for which we were carry all the ingredients so we book this apartment for our last night on 8 June 2024 and we ask the owner for extra blanket since we planed to sleep there instead of the hotel we were staying ( already pay for both night)and went to this apartment for check inn in the evening , at first it looks like abounded building and some renovation was going on on the other part of the building ( however came to know later that family lives there) so once you open the door and u walk down stair to the basement and it’s pitch black dark even you will not see ur fingers unless you manage to find the light switch in dark we start reconsidering whether we want to spent our night in this basement and once we arrive inside the apartment it’s just small studio room with kitchen n folded bed in the wall ( I guess not sure 33sqm) so we decide to cook food have dinner and go back to the other hotel which we have already paid to sleep and come back tomorrow morning for breakfast.

Everything. It was wonderful for me and my wife. We loved it. Excellent host and BnB. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will stay here again next trip to Cortina

It was very close to town and had a very cosy atmosphere.

This property is misrepresented in it's advertisement. It is not a "one bedroom apartment" it is a basement studio with 1 small window.
