Ottimo appartamento elegantemente arredato e completo di tutto il necessario; ambienti super puliti e con un buon aroma; silenzioso, comodo e ben arieggiato in tutte le stanze. Centrale, a due passi da tutto: ristoranti, bar, mare e per quanto mi riguarda anche la casa di cura Siligato. Ottima accoglienza, assistenza e disponibilità del proprietario/responsabile, anche per cambi o prolungamenti negli orari di check- in e//o check-out.

El departamento muy hermoso e impecable,calido, acogedor y confortable, muy buena ubicaciòn cerca de todo, bares, restaurantes, supermercado y Daniele el mejor anfittrion siempre preocupado y atento en ayudarnos. Lo recomendamos al 100% y si tenemos la posibilidad de volver, volveriamos gustosos .

Very clean and 50m from the center

First and foremost, Daniele was a fantastic host. He couldn’t do enough for us. Whatever we needed, transportation , the best local restaurant s and points of increase, he helped. Anyone who is going to Civitavecchia , I highly recommend staying at II Balconcino.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und total sauber und gepflegt. Es gab Sekt, Tee und Kaffee als Willkommensgruß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Il Balconcino. Daniel was an excellent host and I can not even tell you how helpful he was to us because then everyone will expect such personal service. Suffice it to say he went above and beyond our expectations. As far as the apartment, it is very well appointed, with every detail well thought out. Very clean, very comfortable, nothing lacking. Location is right in the center of the city. Daniel lives nearby so is available if you need him and he is native to Civitavecchia, so an expert on the city. Do not hesitate to book this.

I can not think of a single thing that was lacking or even disappointing. There was even a small washing machine, drying rack, nice iron and ironing board. Even though the building is older, the apartment has been renovated very tastefully, with every modern amenity.
