Excelente ubicación e instalaciones muy completas, no le faltaba un detalle, excepto, puestos a pedir a pedir, un microondas.

The location was perfect, steps to great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, nicely decorated and absolutely spotless.

Great stay in Civitavecchia! Nicely furnished, clean, great location and great host. You can walk to everything, food, sights, etc. When we are back in Civitavecchia, we will certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Daniele was amazing , thank you for the earlier check in very much appreciated and thank you for the help with luggage. The apartment perfectly located , a smooth quick walk from the railway station and the supermarket and we even walked with luggage to the cruise terminal check in as the pathway is mostly smooth not cobblestones and it took approx 15minutes no problems. The apartment is spotless clean , modern functional well thought out, comfortable we loved the balcony and washing machine this really is the best place to stay in town, the hosts generously leave you everything you might need, it was a quiet piece of heaven in a busy town. the bed was comfortable, tv and wifi excellent we had no problems at all and are very grateful we found this place to stay .

Spectacularly new in every respect - spotless apartment a treat to enjoy, both for its appointments and amenities and for its homey situation in the midst of everyday suburban Italian life, with easy public transport to Fiumicino Airport and Rome’s central Statione Termini. Il Balconcino’s host, Daniele, could not have been more gracious or attentive to guests’ needs, from worrying about arrival details to the gracious offer to drive us - with both professional and personal baggage - to the cruise harbor. With huge thanks to Daniele, highly recommended and an investment worth every Euro.

I don’t recommend dragging bags from the Civitavecchia train station! The description of the location and of the ease of finding the address deserves attention and some greater clarity.
