Сподобався вид з вікна, дзеркало у СПА виглядає стильно та розміри готелю теж вражають, хоча в тих лабіринтах можна загубитися😅

На жаль були проблеми з водою у номері та не було гарячої води. Я вважаю, що за такі гроші можна було б відрегулювати ці моменти! Так само ДУЖЕ НЕ сподобалося ставлення персоналу. Хотіла спитати куди мені краще заїхати і де зупинитися, а у відповідь отримала якісь насмішки з їхнього боку, що вважаю не нормальним ставленням до клієнтів. Теж вважаю, що СПА могло б бути більшим на таку кількість клієнтів.
