Персонал супер, завжди підриваються коли біля них проходиш, дуже ввічливі, я ще такого не бачив )) Локація супер, навколо ліс, хоч є де прогулятись. СПА теж буде сподобалось. Все супер

Зробіть якусь зону СПА виключно 18+ Бо приходити в басейн де з 10 ранку оруть діти і батьки їх заспокоїти не можуть то так собі відпочинок

"Загалом враження після відвідування готелю досить приємні ."

Місцерозташування чудове і дуже зручне, поруч оглядове колесо та Гуцул Ленд. Мешкали в номері з видом на озеро, відкривались фантастичні краєвиди . Було чисто та охайно. Сніданки дуже різноманітні і смачні. Дитяча кімната дуже крута з класним наповненням іграшок на будь-який вік.

Некомпетентність персоналу трохи зіпсувала всю атмосферу. Коли реєструвались на рецепції , то просили поселити з друзями хоча б одному корпусі , але нам відмовили ніби через заповнений готель, хоча це була не так( парковка була практично пуста і в спа зоні було дуже мало людей). У ресторані Маргарита нема дитячого куточка , дітям нема де подітись під час вечері , коли вони поїли.Також нема окремого дитячого басейну.
