"Все добре, на вищому рівні, але якість води в spa треба покращити"

Дуже хлорована вода, як для чутливих алергічних людей це забагато, опіків не було як в інших готелях в Буковелі, але зуд по всьому тілі після відвідування spa був

В цілому все сподобалось, готель гарний , але кімнати дуже маленькі, а коридори навпаки занадто просторі, здається, можна було б трохи інакше розподілити простір 😀 Не вистачало праски в номері, хоча на рецепції швидко допомогли й принесли. Також після прибирання не поповнили гігієнічні дрібниці. Наче й мелочи, але саме з таких деталей складається сервіс

Безупречное расположение, удивительно красивое спа, все очень чисто, удобные кровати, уборка в номере, красивые виды, и доброжелательный персонал.

дуже гарне місце розташування. чудова їжа в італійському ресторані. чудове обслуговування.

трохи не налаштована система смарт-номеру: замовлення прибирання в номері, замовлення їжі в номер. мало барів. не працює спа в режимі +18 (це була хороша ідея)

"Гарний готель."

Готель шикарний. Сучасний, комфортний, персонал привітний, контактний. Спа зони різноманітні , просторі. Правда заселення було невелике і це додавало зручності. Сніданки смачні та зручні в часі. Хочеться повернутись сюди. Але ціна вже зросла.

Подеколи потрібно переходити в інші корпуси в спа, протяги в коридорах , прохолодно.
