Loft Mouraria

The property itself was very sweet. It was small, but cute and had room for everything we needed.

The management. They were poorly organised and had poor communication. Ahead of arrival, the management company continually messaged me asking me to complete check in via a link. However, in the message they were sending - no link was included. I was advised that I would not be able to check in to the property if I didn’t complete this check in. I asked 6 times over 48 hours for them to send a link to me a different way (via WhatsApp or email), but they kept sending a broken link over and over again. Additionally, when we arrived at the property at 3:30 nothing had been cleaned. Everything was dirty and we couldn’t even shower as there were no clean towels. We had to go back out for another hour and a half whilst the property was being cleaned which meant our evening plans had to be delayed. Especially disappointing when you’re not spending that much time in a city.

Baño se inundaba y tenia constantemente mal olor, almohadas muy incómodas, no hay ventilador ni nada para pasar el calor del verano. Me parece q no el precio calidad no esta bien

Πολύ καθαρό και όμορφο διαμέρισμα. Μας άρεσε που ο δρόμος προς το κατάλυμα δεν είχε ανηφόρες και πολλά σκαλιά.

Παρόλο που η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος ήταν πολύ βολική και πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό και κεντρικούς δρόμους, κάτω από το διαμέρισμα το βράδυ μαζεύονταν διάφοροι άστεγοι ή έμποροι και κάποιες φορές φώναζαν πολύ δυνατά και δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε.

The location was amazing, very central and we appreciated not needing to walk a big hill to get to our accommodation! The style of the apartment is cute. The bed was comfy. A little bottle of wine was left which was a nice gesture :)

There is no ventilation in the bathroom unless you open the window and unfortunately the wooden window frame is covered in black mould, making it unpleasant to open. Currently the owner covers it with a big foil stand, rather than curtains, I imagine to block it from view, which limits light. The upstairs neighbour approached us and asked us some inappropriate questions when we were entering the building. Fyi it is on the second floor and the steps are quite steep

Cuisine bien équipée, même si nous n'y avons pris que le petit déjeuner. Nombreuses prises de courant, c'est un avantage trop rare! Notre séjour a eu lieu fin mars, mais la saison touristique était bien démarrée. Il faisait beau. J'avoue que j'étais un peu inquiet de certains commentaires qui mentionnaient un environnement bruyant. Mais à part quelques bruits de voix, la nuit était très calme. Dans ce quartier beaucoup de locations, de touristes des portugais qui vont boire un coup , restaurants en haut de la ruelle, supermarché à 100m. Métro le plus proche Rossio à 150m. Transports très pratiques avec la carte Navegante. Belles places Figueira Dom Pedro IV et Martim Moniz toutes proches.

L'appartement est au 2e étage, mais le premier étage compte double. Donc ça fait 3. C'est dur quand on a une grosse valise. Mais c'est à l'image du quartier: des ruelles en escalier! Bon, l'accès à l'appartement s'est bien passé avec les clés dans un mini-coffre à combinaison et entrée dans l'immeuble avec un digicode, mais personne ne nous a accueilli. Mais dans la cuisine il y avait une petite bouteille de vin cadeau!

Le logement était propre à notre arrivée et comporte l’ensemble des équipements nécessaires pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Il est bien situé, en hypercentre de Lisbonne, à proximité immédiate des commerces et des transports (bus, tramway et métro).

Le logement est situé dans une ruelle avec des points de deal de drogue et des échanges fréquents au pied de l’immeuble. Par ailleurs, l’appartement situé juste au-dessus semble occupé par 2 personnes impliquées dans ces activités. Lors de notre dernière nuit, vers 1h30 du matin, la police est intervenue car les personnes, manifestement sous l’emprise de drogue, se sont échangé des coups et ont jeté des objets/mobilier dans l’appartement. Étant situés juste en dessous, nous avons tout entendu et avons très peu dormi.

Perfect location. Room temperature was too cold.
