Appartement très confortable Très bon accueil de la part de Antonella

The host Antonella was great. The apartment was clean, well decorated, and true to the pictures. The property is in close proximity to the center of Monopoli, but in a street that is easy to get to. It was not too difficult to find parking.

I realized in this trip that most places in Puglia had the check out time at 10:00, which I believe it is early. We had planned to make an early start of the day upon check out so when we were asked if we could leave at 9:00 we agreed because we were already planning to leave that early. Then I noticed that checkout was listed at 9:00, which is very early in normal circumstances. It didn't affect us at all, but it would be the only negative thing I would have to say about this place.

We had a lovely time in Casa Fernanda. The apartment is situated very close to the historical center, but also close enough to the train station. Antonella (host) met us to hand over keys and explain few details. We received small vine as a welcome present and she also gave us tips for places to visit, where to eat or which beaches are worth to try. We would definitely recommend the apartment, Antonella and we hope we can come back again someday.

Appartement très propre. Très agréable trés confortable . A 10 minutes a pieds du centre ville . La propriétaire est tres gentille. Nous donne adresse resto ect... parking gratuit dans la rue. Excellent choix!

The shower was a bit small, otherwise the facilities were great.

Excelente estadía! Antonella nos recibió en persona, nos asesoró sobre el lugar y hasta me envió recomendaciones de lugares por conocer y restaurantes de monopoly y alrededores. Realmente de las casas más equipadas en las q estuve! Nos dejó un desayuno, sombrilla para la playa, paraguas, y hasta pastillas para hacer el lavado de ropa. El dto es muy hermoso, amplio, luminoso y con un balcón que da a la calle especial para desayunos o meriendas al sol. Nos encantó el lugar y la atención!! Sin dudas volvería y recomendaría, gracias a Antonella por estar siempre a disposición y los detalles que hicieron una hermosa estadía

Convenient and close to old town, but out of bustle. Easy street parking. Extra attention to detail- treats - wine bikkies and condiments. Balcony.
