Todo 1000 puntos. Comodidad, amabilidad de Antonella en todo momento, y cercanía. Fácil de aparcamiento del auto en la callle. Nos fuimos muy contentos de la estadía y súper recomendable.

Tenía una escalera pequeña solo apenas se ingresa pero Antonella nos ayudó a subir todo súper amable así que no fue un problema.

I really liked how thoughtful, kind and helpful the host is. She even prepared a delicious local surprise and I don't have enough positive words for her. She is extremly customer oriented, so the apartment has everything that you need for comfortable stay. It's location and neighbourhood is so friendly, very strategic so you can easily access by walking anything - from the historical part, to wonderful beaches and also central train station from where you can go to super nice places. The whole city Monopoli is made in heaven, people are so pleasant, the architecture is wonderful, in August you have some nice events and it was most beautiful experience in my life. I would recommend Casa Fernanda to anyone who wants the best experience, feeling safe, welcomed and just at the right place for your carefree vacation.

Very convenient location- exactly in the middle between th station and old town- a quick walk to either. The Unit is spacious and quiet. Lovely check-in experience with free amenities. Unit is very clean, lots of cupboard space, nice fridge and washing machine, good size kitchen. Aircon is a bit temperamental. Shower is tad small. But everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The staircase. It's very steep, and the treads are high, so if you're battling with large luggage, bad knees, hips, or back, you may find it difficult.

Sehr nette und hilfbereite Gastgeberin. Sie schickte uns eine lange Liste mit viele tollen Tipps für alles was man braucht von Restaurants, Stränden, Ausflugszielen, Bike Rental, Supermarkt, etc. Geräumiges und schönes Appartment in sehr guter und praktischer Lage.

Owner AntonElla was there exactly on time to give us the keys, help with luggage and give us info re the apartment. The apartment is very convenient for the lovely historical centre and there are useful shops and cafes with a few minutes walk. Would stay again

Needed a bit more info re using tv, couldn’t get any English speaking channels at all. Didn’t use the verandas as very small and overlooking busy street and in full sun but not an issue really as we were out most of the time

Nice and roomy. Clean. Nice balcony. Our host Antonella gave us many recommendations and we used many of them and were happy each time.

Nothing. Slightly out of the old town but just a short walk in……but a close walk to the train station
