Comfortable well equipped and great location

There are steep stairs but you do get used to them

The apartment is very spacious and perfect size for 2 people. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The location is also just 5 min walk to the old town and has some very cute restaurants close by. Honestly can’t wait to return and stay here again. Antonella was so much help, we had issues with our train and arriving in Monopoli and she organised a self check in for us. We arrived and had a bottle of wine and snacks for us waiting. We also received a whole list of recommendations from Antonella which was so handy in picking restaurants, beach clubs and where to have a drink!

Cass Fernanda was perfect for us as a couple staying in Monopoli for 2 nights while touring Puglia - it is really comfortable and has everything you need.

The shower needs to be modernised as shower curtain is not ideal! Consider taking the chair from the bedroom and add a luggage stand which would be very practical.

A modern, well renovated apartment in a historical building. Close to Old Town Monopoli. Within short walking distance to the train station, to many restaurants and many of Monopoli’s attractions. Comfortable, well-furnished bedroom with a king size bed, drawers, sizable closet and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped and nice to have an espresso machine with coffee. Very pleasant host.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with some steep steps to climb. However, our host Antonella kindly took our suitcases up.

The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. It's in an ideal location and Antonella couldn't have been more helpful, before and during our stay.

As always in an Italian city, parking can be a problem.

The property was immaculate. It was clean, well stocked with cooking facilities, in a great location and the information provided was excellent. Our host met us at an agreed time and detailed best sites to visit and restaurants to find at. So helpful.

The property was excellent, we liked everything.

We loved the location- between the old town and the train station- easy walk to both. The apartment was very clean and comfortable - with everything we needed for a 5 day stay, we appreciated the coffee pods and treats left for us. Was also nice to have the hostess meet us to show us around, much more personal than a door code.

We loved everything! However if you have mobility issues or large luggage- please note the stairs up to the first floor apartment are very steep. We didn’t mind as it helped wear off all the wonderful pasta dinners!!

What I loved about Casa Fernanda were a lot of things. It was very clean, very spacious, great big bed, nice new kitchen with everything I needed to cook, it also had a washing machine which was very useful for my week staying there. The balcony was great for having breakfast while looking at the pintoresque city of Monopoli while drinking a coffee with the Dolce Gusto machine and capsules that were already provided as a courtesy!. I went in April which was a bit cold, and the heating system of the house worked perfectly keeping it warm at a very comfortable temperature. The host Antonella was very nice and friendly, and the house also had a lot of information about different places to visit and activities to do in Monopoli. The internet connection worked very well and reached every part of the house with a good speed. I would defenitely go back!

The location was good, close to old town and close to train station. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes are all in a few hundreds meters. Host was friendly and helpful

Check out time is 9 am. After talking to the host we were allowed to check out at 10.00.
