Very good host - greetings ☺️! Nice amenities, clean. Big rooms, air condition, washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge etc.

Difficult to find parking space near. For some might be difficult to go upstairs on the first floor ( narrow and steep).

Host was absolutely fantastic, lovely welcome gifts, place immaculate and lovely location. Such a fantastic place and we will be back again!

Everything was perfect at Casa Fernanda! It is the ideal apartment for a family with one or two kids. It is very well equipped, we had everything we needed and during our whole week stay we had coffee capsules for the espresso machine in the apartment. One of the best thing is the strategic location of the property and the possibility to park in the streets near the apartment :) Antonella is the best host we ever had, she was very cooperative and responsive to our needs and received us with local goodies and wine :)

The host was super helpful. She helped us with train station location, hours of buses, and everything we asked her. Apartment was extremely clean, there was a traditional oil and some salted biscuits traditional of Puglia. Even that breakfast is not included in the price of this Apartment, there was coffe machine and extra coffe, biscuits, cornflex and honey. In this apartment you will find everything you need for your stay. It was safe to come back in the middle of the night and it was top location.

It was really clean, and I just loved how the apartment was built. I felt really safe, and I had everything I could wish for! It was a 6-7 minute walk to Monopoli train station, and 4 minutes to the bus station. It was 2-3 minuter to the square, and 4 minutes to the old town and 5-6 minutes to the sea. 5 minutes to the closest supermarket! It was close to everything. Antonella helped me with everything! She was so service minded and professional and gave me the best recommendations for my stay in Monopoli, but also for other towns that you easily could visit during the day with the train. When I arrived it was raining, and Antonella and her father picked me up at the train station which was the most wonderful welcome. Wonderful to eat breakfast on the balcony since you got the sun from when it rises to around 1 pm. The view from the balcony is really beautiful with the colorful streets and perfect when I painted/ had a drink odd dinner! I will definitely go back here next time a visit Monopoli!

There really is not much to say here. Antonella is a problem solver. At the end of the staying, there was a tiny problem with the shower, and her father came within 10 minutes and fixed it. Also be aware that neighbors play music from 09 am in the morning. I found it wonderful as it was Italian music, and really “breakfast” or “dinner “ kind of music. Also, I had problems to get the plug inside the socket with the microwave and hairdryer, but I’m not really sure if perhaps I was the problem and couldn’t figure it out.

Everything is perfect. The location is very close to the old town. It takes 5 minutes to reach Piazza Garibaldi, 5 minutes to the train station and 2 minutes to the bus station to Alberobello. The host (Antonela), is the kindest possible. The apartment is extremely clean and welcoming. For 4 people it is perfect.
