Amazing host, Eva! Great standards in the room; we were kindly looked after, never before experienced such good communication with the host. Perfect location with easy access to the train, Cinque Terre and surroundings. Definitely worth the recommendation!

Our host Eva was exceptional - one of us was very unwell & she checked in with us regularly, even dropping off small treats. We had to extend another night & she offered a late checkout. Very kind & thoughtful. Eva even sent us a message after we left asking how we were. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - 3 days as a sick bed tested it out! Beautiful, stylish rooms in the heart of La Spezia. Peaceful with thoughtful amenities. The owner is kind & also has very good taste, the room is fitted with quality fixtures and linen. It feels elegant and contemporary. Plenty of dining options a very short walk away.

It’s not the properties fault but parking in La Spezia is a bit of a headache. The owner was very kind and sent us details of several places to park about 5 mins away. It wasn’t a major problem but just be prepared. I would say it didn’t affect our stay and we would still recommend.

Very nice room, elegant, modern, very very clean. Bed was very confortable. Host is very kind, comunicative, pays attention to details. For a six night stay, we received coffee, sweets, local wine. It is close to the city center and the train station. Heating is by air-conditioning. In the beginning it took some time for the room to warm up, but was very comfortable afterwards.

The lift did not work so we had to carry luggage up and down the stairs. No reception.

Wow! The best private accomodation we have ever stayed in! The best in Italy! Better than a 5 star hotel. Eva and her husband are so friendly, they greeted us at the room and it was amazing! The room is SO CLEAN! It is BRAND NEW condition. Eva cleans the room each day, so after a day of exploring you come back to a sparkling clean room. Eva also provided snacks and water daily for the room. The room is only 5 minute walk from La Spezia train station. It is the best place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre train starts at La Spezia and visits the 5 towns. After a day of exploring, the apartment is located right near restaurants. Eva recommended some greet places for dinner and breakfast which are only 2 minute walk. If you are staying in La Spezia, you must stay here .. I highly recommend it, it was so, so good! I am so happy we found Eva's place- and the high reviews show that this place is amazing! thank you for such a wonderful stay! I hope I can visit Italy and your apartment again!
