Elegant Rooms

A most pleasant host who provided good service .

Had to lug our heavy luggage up the stairs despite having a new escalator available . Perhaps they did not want to pay for the loss of the elevator key. But they should at least allow usage of the elevator when checking in and out due to possibly heavy luggage . Thank you.

Proximity to train station. Made it easy to get to the trains to visit Cinque Terre. Also close to restaurants and shops. Eva met us and was super helpful. Giving us restaurant recommendations and showing us the facilities, which were plentiful in our room. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. Nice to have a balcony. The unexpected extras of coffee, biscuits and water was lovely. Would recommend

Everything. The room is amazing, near the train station and the staff is top! Eva was a star!

The elevator is not working yet because is new but soon will be on. And the room its in the first floor , so not too many stairs.

Everything was perfect, very convenient location close to lots of restaurants and train station. Room is brand new and very clean.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the host was exceptionally friendly. The furniture is new.

The elevator was not working and we had to carry the luggage upstairs, but apart from that everything went well.

the room is exactly the same as the photos shown on booking.com. it is cosy and clean. i can see Eva, the host, put much efforts to make sure the room is comfy for us. she cleans the room everyday. the snacks and water are replenished everyday. the location is good. close to the train station and the centre of la spezia. we enjoyed the stay in the room very much.

we overslept because the bed is too comfy.
