Jo and his wife were truly fantastic hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The property is out of very busy San Teodoro town and we really appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was to lounge around the pool and soak up the sun with beautiful panoramic views! Room was spacious and great water pressure in the shower. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting San Teodoro! :)

The only thing i would recommend to have better breakfast selection, perhaps, some simple, but warm breakfast option. Even simple eggs would make a difference :)

Great stay, the rooms were comfortable and the hosts so accommodating and kind. Location is tricky without a car but there is a bus stop 900 metres. Breakfast delicious, continental style. If you're looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing it is the perfect place. Will definitely be back!

This guesthouse felt more like staying in someone’s home, so we didn’t feel we had much privacy. The owners were very kind and prepared breakfast with care, though it would have been nice to have some fruit options. The bathroom was spacious and we had a good-sized balcony. It seems that the owners decided to turn their house into a hotel, which led to many rules aimed at protecting the property. For example, around the pool, there are several signs with things you can’t do or must do — and that made us feel a bit anxious instead of relaxed. Is very systematic. Our highest rating goes to the owner’s flexibility in allowing us to check out late, which helped a lot with our travel schedule. The place is super clean and the view is amazing. The owners and staff and kind and friendly. The location is great. just a few minutes from a lot of beautiful beaches.

Perfect accommodation with an exceptional view! We had a private terrace just for us – perfect for relaxing moments. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was large and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive – they provided us with useful information about the area and even offered beach umbrellas. You can really tell they care about their guests’ comfort. Breakfast was served with care and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Nice buffet breakfast with lots of options such as fruit, cheese, cold meats or yogurts. As well as cereal or cakes. The location of the property was amazing - at the top of a hill outside San Teodoro, with an unsurpassable view of mountains and the sea.

The room was very cozy and clean. The location is wonderful with beautiful views and only about 5 minutes away form San Teodoro center by car.

The location of Li Muntigeddi was amazing, so peaceful and quite with a stunning view, yet only a short 10min drive and your into San toedoro and surrounding areas, filled with amazing restaurants and endless amounts of white sand, blue sea beaches. Upon arrival we were greeted by our excellent Hosts, Jo and Domi. They made us feel at home from the very beginning, helping us with recommendations and just generally being so kind and caring to us. Each morning was amazing as we enjoyed Domis home made bakes for breakfast paired with a fresh selection of fruit, veg, cheese and meat, whilst enjoying the stunning view of San Teodoro, what more could you ask for! Overall the stay was perfect and we would 100% come back again, the room was spotless, beds were comfy, pool was amazing and the breakfast a perfect way to start the day, all topped off with the excellent hosts in Jo and Domi.

This property is in an ideal location—just a short drive from all the must-see beaches along the eastern coast. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, it made our stay incredibly enjoyable and comfortable. The highlight? A beautiful pool paired with breathtaking views over San Teodoro. Each morning started perfectly with a delicious breakfast featuring homemade cakes and excellent coffee. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful hosts, Domi and Jo. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made us feel truly at home—nothing was ever too much trouble. If we return to Sardinia, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Highly recommended

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this property.

We had a great experience at the B&B Li Muntigeddi and we wish we had spent more time there. It is located close to San Teodoro, and all the beautiful beaches from the area are easily accessible from here. We had a very nice room, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfast is delicious and served in the garden with a fantastic view on the gulf! It’s really priceless. But the best part are the hosts Domy and Gio: they make you feel at home and welcome, they give you excellent tips on the places to visit and what to do in the area and they help you in every way they can. We forgot something in our room and they shipped it back to our home. Thank you Domy and Gio! We will come back visiting you for sure and we can only recommend this little gem!
