We were very pleased with our choice to stay here as everything was perfect for us. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, our room was large and comfortable with a big balcony and gorgeous views, the location so peaceful with easy parking.,a lovely terrace with swimming pool and super breakfasts. We had a car and knew the location was not walking distance to the town but we personally prefer to be away from anywhere built up but also within a short driving distance, which this location is. Others have commented on the rules which are explained upon arrival. For us we found no problem with these as they are either common sense, or for your own safety around and in the pool or just being respectful to the property and to the hosts or other guests staying. If we ever go back to San Teodoro we would definitely stay there again.

Staying only two nights, at least another night would have been better as we were just settling in and loved it here! Personally I have mixed feelings on the check in being from 16:30. Quiet time is 2-4pm in many parts of Sardinia so I understand the need not to be disturbed during that time and it's also nice for any guests staying there who are relaxing that they won't be disturbed and it is after all a "BED" and Breakfast. However, if you are only staying a few nights, by the time you arrive, be shown around and sort yourself out it's time to go out for the evening so not a lot of time to enjoy the beautiful location that first afternoon/evening. It may be something that you are not used to so you do need to bear this in mind.

Li Muntigeddi checked all the boxes for an absolutely exceptional BB stay. Safe and secure, minutes from the charming town center and beaches, Li Muntigeddi offered privacy and quietness with an exceptional view of the village, mountains and sea. The gorgeous infinity pool was a highlight. Our hosts were attentive, available and very friendly. Especially Toby, their handsome kitty who greeted us in the afternoons! This property was pristinely clean and well maintained to perfection. You feel the love here by how they care for their home. The breakfasts under the portal and poolside were the crescendo to our experience. Everything was homemade and delicious! We loved our stay and chose a room with a balcony to allow us to have a private sitting area to relax.

Not enough time here. Wished we could have stayed 2-3 more nights to really relax. We had been so busy enjoying the beaches and exploring the interior of the island!

Lovely pool, quiet area, great place to relax. Breakfast was nice too. Free parking and only a 5 min drive to San Teodoro.

While we understand that this is an BnB, this host has a set of rules that he is very strict about. Timings- At 10:30am you MUST vacate your room as they HAVE to clean the room and make the bed. On our second morning, it was 10:40am when Jo came upstairs and asked us to leave. We were in the process of doing so and were packing things for the beach while my girlfriend was using the bathroom. I explained to Jo that we were okay for the room not to be cleaned that morning as we wanted to move at our own pace. He quickly snapped back, quite rudely, explaining that there are rules and they HAVE to be followed. It felt like we were being scolded by a parent - something we did not appreciate. I understand that the hosts are paying for a maid to come and clean the property, but as guests who are also paying to stay, surely you want them feeling relaxed? I have no issue with the property or my room being cleaned, but the non negotiable timing every morning and our interaction with the host left a sour taste.

Excellent view from the pool to the sea. The owner is a very kind host, always ready to help you.

A cosy place, beautiful view, delicious breakfasts (home made cakes ❤️) and last not least very friendly hosts. The tranquility of this place… I slept like a baby every night during our week here. Thank you for hosting us so nicely, we will hold a fond memory of our stay at your place.

The host were very welcoming and sweet. We couldn’t of asked for a better stay. The two cats that are outside the property were also a huge plus! It was a great location, very close to beaches and restaurants. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

The B&B is taken care very well, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool, garden, all details. great breakfast as well very fresh.

No objections, we enjoy each detail.

We couldn’t have asked for more.The views, the garden the peaceful location . On-site free parking! The property is so well looked after. Gio and Domy takes great pride in ensuring everything is to a high standard! The breakfast is excellent!
