Close to the airport, kind staff, good breakfast. It is safe, one person opens the gate all the time. You can go to Stone Town by the 509 Chukwani bus.

The windows can't be opened at all, it is horrible during a whole day power outage when there is no AC. No water when no power, the backup for the water pump would be good.
