Jawa Townstay

The location of the property is close to the town centre, only few mins walking distance. The property also has very big car parking space. If you drive car to Melaka you don’t need to worry about finding car spot in the city centre. I just park the car there, and then walk to the centre . The property is very spacious and could be great if you have a big family .The staff is very friendly and approachable. I have troubles to call the car rental company. The staff helped me to call the rental company and explain to me how to find the car return location in the airport. He can also speak English and Chinese ( including multiple different dialects)which is easy to communicate if you need any help.

loacation is very nice and near the river. rooms are quite large.

facilities are just basic, but ok for a homestay hotel.

The journey to Melaka and to homestay Jawa was pleasant and wonderful. Managed met the owner in person, whom hand over the key and bring us to the hse and explain the hse. The owner young Chinese men friendly and good looking. with good english :). he helped whenever there is request (i whatsapps him). the hse condition clean/neat. well maintain. is a big hse and huge. we had all we needed as requested. The parking easy and safe. Also managed to talked/chit chat with neighbors next door, The Hse so nearby with Melaka Little India/River/Jonker Street/Menara taming sari/A famosa/etc. Thus easy to drive/walk. And also easy to find shop to buy grocery/food/etc. Is a amazing trip and stay. Thanks to the JAWA HOmestay owners/team. Will go again:)

Nothing to say/complaint. But good to have aircon at Hall (is recommendation).

Location walking distance to main tourist street.

Noisy at night. Was there on Christmas day and sounded like a rave party in building nearby. Cable TV didn't work

The room and place are clean. Availability of private/premise parking. Easy to go to place of attraction and near to Jonker walk

Road leading to premise is bit traffic heavy . Small road in between buildings

Seriously I love the stay very much. Very near to jonker and they even had private parking. So we only took our car when we check out because all the places are basically walking distance only. Huge house and very clean too.

House is spacious. Car park is good. Location is perfect. The staff is friendly & helpful.

The road before the gate is too narrow.
