INThe staff named prabhakar was very rude and had unacceptable behaviour.. The way he treated females was very annoying, we had a phone call conversation with that moron, and he mentioned you do whatever you want. We thought about filing a complaint but my wife stopped

The management's behavior was extremely rude. They initially promised me a king-size bed but provided a twin bed instead. During check-in, they mentioned that the Deluxe room was unavailable and gave us a Standard room, yet charged the same price as the Deluxe room listed here. They had initially informed us that the room rate was ₹1500 per day, inclusive of all charges, but this was not honored. This is completely unfair and misleading. I request your assistance in investigating this issue.
INLocation was good, Staff were Good (partially). Rooms - we required multiple rooms few were big and few were small. Yes, they offered Big rooms, but not on same floor, so we had to compromise on that issue.
One of the Room was reasonable in size while the other was much smaller.. But as we had constraints, we accepted it.
