The Hotel webpage, while booking, automatically suggested three rooms for six adults in my family. I was looking for all ac rooms, however, it emerged after booking that two of the rooms were non ac!! Further, the three rooms were staggered and one room was on different floor, even. In one room two beds were separated in place of a large bed as shown in their webpage!! The hotel doesn't even cater for tea and you need to get in on your own from nearby shop, there is no waiter service in hotel. The breakfast is also like that only, for which they ask for Rs 300/-, though optional. I will like to highlight that on booking.com website it says that you need not pay money while booking, however, as the room is blocked through the website, the hotel staff calls you for payment and keeps you pinging till you make full payment in advance. They don't allow even portion of the bill to be paid at checkout!! Overall, the hotel service appears mismanaged...
INRooms are neat and clean.
Parking is not enough.it has place for only 1 vehicle.
