Nice apartment.

The owner - worst experience I have ever had! I booked 2 apartments for 2 couples (in confirmation it is clearly said price for 4 person!), but owner saw for some reason 1 person per apart. I explained several times that there was no option to book those for 1 person, just option for 2, 3, or 4 people per apart, he insisted to pay additional amount that was like paying 3rd apart or leave immediately accomodation, even we paid that night! He didn’t want just to visit his profile on booking and to see that. Booking service didn’t help with that… as a result we missed booked ferry and booked tour in Amalfi and paid requested amount to stay. After several rounds of opening dispute of Booking, I managed to explain and get refund… we were right at the end but lost almost whole day because owner didn’t want to check his accomodation booking option.

Room was good with decent amenities

No washing machine - we booked the room because washing machine was advertised as part of the facilities, but the washing machine was not working and no effort was done by the owner or staff to help fix it. We had to spend a lot if time and extra money to get our clothes washed in a nearby laundry shop. They said I can directly deal with Booking.com for the issue. I want a partial refund for this stay,
